Lisa Triano brings over 20 years of invaluable human resources experience to her role, with the past 14 years dedicated to management. As the Professional Legal Administrator at Triangle Divorce Lawyers (TDL), Lisa assumes responsibility for overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations, including the management of facilities, personnel, and information systems.

During her tenure as Office Manager at TDL, Lisa established firm policies and procedures, handled employment and employee relations matters, and successfully designed and implemented the firm’s health and welfare plans. Additionally, Lisa played a key role in the hiring of both legal and non-legal personnel at Triangle Divorce Lawyers.

Since assuming the position of Professional Legal Administrator, Lisa has focused her efforts on the overall management of TDL’s three offices, with plans for expansion in the near future. Committed to professional growth and peer support, Lisa is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators and serves as a consultant for law firm administration matters.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lisa finds fulfillment in her personal life. She has been happily married to her husband, Ed, for over ten years, and together they have adult sons named Tyler and Justin, as well as Lisa’s stepdaughter Emily. In her leisure time, Lisa enjoys traveling and actively contributes to her community. She serves as a Guardian ad Litem for Wake County Courts and displays her compassion as a member of the Volunteer Board of Directors for Canine Companion for Independence, Carolina’s Chapter. Lisa raises awareness for this organization by serving as a puppy raiser, and you may often encounter a future service dog in training when visiting the office.

Lisa’s educational background includes attending Becker College in Massachusetts and West Chester University in Pennsylvania, solidifying her knowledge and skills in her field of expertise. With her wealth of experience, dedication to professional development, and commitment to community service, Lisa is an invaluable asset to the TDL team.
