Ashley is a native of Durham, North Carolina. In 2013, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Language, Writing and Rhetoric, and a minor in Sociology. There, she was the Chair of Pi Beta Phi’s Policy and Standards Board, as well as a copy editor for NCSU’s newspaper, The Technician.
Ashley received her Juris Doctor from Norman Adrian Wiggins Campbell School of Law in 2017, where she developed a passion for family law early in her career. At Campbell, Ashley was involved in the Domestic Violence Advocacy Project and earned Book Awards in Torts II, Workers’ Compensation and Federal Crimes.
Ashley resides in Cary, NC, where she spends her downtime gardening and trying out new recipes. On rainy days, Ashley enjoys watching reruns of The Office with her two cats, Logan and Vinny.
