Your legal teams at Triangle Divorce Lawyers are working hard and able to consult with you by video conference, phone, and email. This will be our new normal during this viral outbreak, which we all hope will be over as soon as possible. If we can help in any way, please let us know. Our goal is to continue to provide you with a high level of legal services that you have received prior to the novel coronavirus. We will also utilize our video platform, Zoom, for mediations to offer our clients the ability to work out their issues without having to wait for the courts to reopen.
If you have a pending court date, we will keep you updated as the Court releases information to us. As of now, the Court is canceled until at least April 20, 2020, except emergency hearings like domestic violence, child protection, and emergency custody. Custody orders are to be followed during the “stay-in” order and please do not withhold exchanges. If you have any questions, please contact us.
In a time filled with such uncertainty, I am grateful for our community and know that we can work through this difficult time together.
On behalf of everyone at TDL, we send well wishes to you and your family.
