For Everyone

Back by popular demand and now offered for an extended six weeks, we are now enrolling participants for our: When Two Becomes One: Navigating Challenges and Changes During Separation group. Adults anywhere in NC navigating marital separation are welcomed in this affirming and supportive space!

Topics covered include:
● Grief (loss of the relationship and potential future plans)
● Identity (questioning/redefining your identity at this stage in life)
● Boundaries (developing/maintaining boundaries with estranged partners)
● Self-Care and Wellness
● Support systems (assessing current social support, developing and maintaining a support system)

What It Is: The Second Saturday Divorce Workshop is a virtual event where you’ll gain insights from experienced professionals on the legal, financial, and emotional aspects of divorce. What It Is: This group is for men and women who are looking for a safe community to connect, learn, and grow after your relationship ends. Based on Dr. Bruce Fisher’s bestselling book and divorce recovery program, Rebuilding: When Your Relationship Ends you will learn how to move through your divorce in a healthy way and flourish on the other side.
