Brooke Scott Garner

Brooke Scott Garner is a dedicated attorney specializing in family law with a passion for helping clients navigate challenging times. Originally from eastern North Carolina and now calling Raleigh home, Brooke’s path to law was unconventional, marked by years of discussions with her parents about her career choice. Ultimately, she found her true calling in the legal profession.
Brooke earned her undergraduate degree from UNCG and went on to graduate from NCCU School of Law. She is also a proud Wolfpack alumnus, having attended NC State University. Brooke began her legal career at Triangle Divorce Lawyers, then expanded her experience with Triangle Estate Lawyers before returning to Triangle Divorce Lawyers in 2025-demonstrating her ongoing commitment to the firm and its clients.
Outside of her professional life, Brooke is fluent in French, fosters animals for a local rescue, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her diverse background, coupled with her deep commitment to her clients and her community, makes Brooke a valued member of the Triangle Divorce Lawyers team.
