Daniel Swain
Associate Attorney
Daniel Swain was born and raised in Plymouth, NC. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from North Carolina State University, he attended law school at North Carolina Central University and graduated cum laude. At NCCU School of Law, Daniel competed on the Moot Court Team, served as the Student Bar Association Secretary, and was a judicial intern in the chambers of Justice Ervin IV on the North Carolina Supreme Court. He also helped clients achieve their legal goals as a participant in the law school’s Civil Litigation Clinic. Daniel is passionate about advocating for his clients and making the law accessible to everyone and easier to understand.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife Megan, and being a pet-dad to their golden retriever Bailey and cats, Bennett and Gracie. He also enjoys outdoor recreation, traveling, sports, reading, dining and cooking, and yoga.
