Justin Nichols brings over a decade of diverse legal experience to Triangle Divorce Lawyers, where he focuses on guiding clients through the complexities of family law with clarity and compassion.
Originally from western New York, Justin earned his B.A. in Legal Studies from the State University of New York at Fredonia. He relocated to Raleigh in 2006 to pursue his J.D. at Campbell Law School and has called North Carolina home ever since.
Licensed to practice in both North Carolina state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Justin began his legal career in 2010. His practice has spanned family law, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation, giving him a broad perspective and strong advocacy skills. He also spent several years serving as an attorney advisor with the U.S. Social Security Administration, where he deepened his understanding of federal legal systems and administrative law.
Today, Justin lives in Apex with his wife, their three children, and their family dog. His approach to law is rooted in practical problem-solving, clear communication, and a deep commitment to helping families navigate challenging transitions.
