Samantha Allen is a dedicated attorney passionate about family law and is committed to serving clients with empathy and expertise. Her journey into the legal profession began at Appalachian State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology in 2017.
After relocating to Washington, D.C., with her husband, Samantha discovered her calling for family law and decided to pursue a career in the field. With a clear vision of her future, she returned to her roots in North Carolina to attend Campbell University as a Flex student. Balancing her studies with hands-on experience as a legal assistant, Samantha immersed herself in the intricacies of family law, laying the groundwork for her future practice.
In December 2023, Samantha achieved her goal of earning her Juris Doctor from Campbell University, marking the culmination of years of dedication and hard work. Throughout her legal education, she gravitated towards courses focused on family law and legal writing, showcasing her aptitude for the subject matter and the craft of legal advocacy. This passion led her to serve as a Teaching Assistant for the Advanced Legal Writing course, where she mentored fellow students in honing their legal writing skills.
Outside the office, Samantha finds solace in the company of her two beloved cats, Atlas and Athena, whom she affectionately dotes on while indulging in her favorite pastime: reading. She also cherishes her connection to nature, often returning to the picturesque landscapes of Boone for annual hiking excursions with her husband.
